We take the health of all our clients and cleaners very seriously. Please notify us if you or someone in the household has been sick at all or tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 5 days and we will reschedule free of charge.

Flawless Cleaning Services LLC values your feedback! If you have concerns, texting them to (262)755-1100 right away will allow us to help meet your needs in a more timely manner. If you feel that something was missed in the cleaning please also provide us with a picture via text.

PRICING & POLICIES

Since every home has different needs the prices vary. Through market research our prices are just below the national average for house cleaner costs.

We kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible for cancellations, keeping in mind unexpected emergencies and illnesses that may arise. We fully understand and consider such situations empathetically. However, it’s important to note our cancellation policy: a $50 fee applies for cancellations within less than 3 days’ notice. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, the owed amount is 50% of the cleaning cost. In the event of less than 24 hours’ notice or if we are unable to safely access the home on the scheduled day, the full cleaning amount is still owed. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters are greatly appreciated.

If something is damaged during the cleaning please text (262)755-1100 with the details and pictures immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

We offer a 10% discount for every other week cleanings and 20% discount for weekly cleanings! We also have a referral program. You can receive money off cleanings and the new client can receive a discount just by referring them.

Yes, our cleaners come equipped with their own supplies and equipment. If there is a specific product that you prefer them to use please leave it out with a note. If you are allergic or sensitive to anything please notify us at the time of booking.

Cleaning times vary depending on client needs. We usually average 500-1,000 square feet per hour per person for a deep clean or standard maintenance clean.

Most of our cleaners work Monday – Friday during the day. Please call or text (262)755-1100 for availability on nights and weekends.

All of our cleaners are required to be experienced and go through a full background check with references.

You do not need to be home during the cleaning. It is actually easier and faster for us to focus on cleaning when there’s nobody in the home.

The need for regular cleaning varies. If you are a busy person that has pets, kids, remodeling, or live in the country, weekly cleaning might be preferred to keep up with allergens.
